Most projects are renovation and refurbishing of historical buildings, other are tear – down and rebuild in prime locations.

Over 30 properties have been or are currently under review, many of them off-market, generating a broad and deep perception of market dynamics and opportunities.

The project size are typically in the range of €10 to €20 million and are expected to generate 15 to 25% long term IRR from 3 combined sources:

  • Redevelopment and renovation that bring the property to its best use, maximizing capacity.
  • Actively managed rental operation (touristic, retail or residential) that will generate growing returns with the market recovery.
