Ricardo Roquette

Began his career in the Real Estate Industry in 1997 working for the Portuguese estate Agency FENALU, as the broker responsible for the residential department and resident manager of Christie´s Great Estates in Portugal.

From 2002 to 2007 he joined the team at CampoReal launching its real estate sales and assuming the responsibility of the sales management, both for the domestic and international markets.

A strong combination of property market knowledge with professional and sales competence.

From June 2007 until January 2009 he assumed the position of Head of Residential Department of Cushman & Wakefield in Portugal.

In 2009 he joined the Edge Group, a set of investment and venture capital holdings where we was responsible for the set up a new service line: Edge Vacation Services, operating in the marketing of residential real estate development and, in particular, tourism projects, specialized in innovative solutions tailored to new market trends.

From September 2011 to December 2014 he was one of the sales managers of the company Promovalor, a Portuguese developer, participating in the launch and sales management of several real estate developments in Portugal, Brazil and Mozambique.
