Executive Assistant

Working at LANTIA since 2014, Joana is responsible for the office management and for the assistance of LANTIA Team, supporting on every aspects of the daily activities.

Joana is in charge of the working place efficiency, dealing with suppliers and coordinating all the aspects of the office routine, ensuring the good time management and comfort.

In relation to LANTIA Projects Management, Joana supports the team dealing with the official entities and the external team during the process.

She is also the responsible for the organisation of all LANTIA events related with the Business Development such as conferences, meetings and activities.

Joana has a Bachelor in Sociology and is Post Graduated in Labour Sciences and Industrial Relations.

Started her career as a Junior Researcher at University of Coimbra on areas related with Labour Law.

She worked as a HR Recruiter after some years experience in de Public Sector as Senior Official at the Employment and Professional Training Centre. This gave her high communication skills, as well as planning and organizational competences.

Dealing with people and learning with them is her major goal and achievement.

On April 2014 she joined LANTIA Team.
