Ricardo Sepúlveda

Development Manager

As a Development Manager my mission is to steer internal and external teams through all phases of a project’s development, while complying with planning and budgeting objectives.

I am also the head of the After Sales Department which offers support to LANTIA’s final clients.

Ricardo started his career in construction, as a Civil Engineer, building/refurbishing dwelling houses and apartments.

Before entering LANTIA, he was a consultant on small real estate developments, having to supervise the construction quality and specifications as well as advising owners on a variety of decisions.

For the past 2 and a half years, he has been a part of LANTIA’s Development team. His mission is to steer internal and external teams (designers, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, construction supervision, etc.), accompany the licensing processes, analyze construction costs and construction contracts, and continuously propose/implement improvements (which may be procedures and/or product solutions). His main responsibility is to comply with planning and budgeting objectives while managing the development stage of a project.
