Responsible for the commercial area, coordinates all business components related to the marketing and sales of the real estate projects developed by Lantia. With an active intervention since the conception of the project, to the definition and implementation of M&S strategies, always with a particular focus on the quality of the provided service and with proximity to the Clients. Previously, Vítor performed the same role in another leading property developer in the national market. Focused on contributing decisively to the commercial success of all Lantia projects, ensuring that this success results from the binomial sales/happy customers.

With a degree in marketing management, he has developed his entire career in the commercial area, with a strong component in managing sales teams, both inside and outside the real estate sector, where he has already accumulated nearly two decades of experience.

Vítor started his career at the Sonae group, in the large distribution sector, where he spent 3 enriching years in various parts of the country.

He soon realized that the real estate would be his destination. His taste for architecture, construction and everything related to real estate quickly guided his career to this sector, where he started as a broker and stayed for about 13 years.

As a broker, he accumulated experience and knowledge at all levels of the real estate business, upstream and downstream, developing skills in team management and leadership, business planning and organization, management of relationships with partners and stakeholders, marketing and sales strategies, negotiation, and transaction closings.

Over the last 6 years, he has held commercial management roles in two of the most important Portuguese real estate developers, with consecutive successes in the commercialization of several projects developed in the greater Lisbon. He also worked, for 3 years, in functions related to procurement, negotiation and acquisition of real estate projects to be developed, as well as their study, analysis and development.

The dual experience he has accumulated in two decades of real estate, as a broker and developer, gives him a deep knowledge of all the details related to the promotion and sale of real estate assets and an unusual sensitivity to assess their potential for success.

Organized, attentive to details, customer-oriented and focused on sales excellence, Vítor is also an emotional, who values ​​relationships, whose maximum exponent is found in the extraordinary complicity he has with his 3 children.
